Our management management of the welfare group is vested in the executive committee comprising of
The chairperson shall, unless prevented by illness or other sufficient cause, preside over all meetings of the executive committee and the entire general meetings of the group; Shall be the leader and the official spokesperson of the group; A signatory in all bank transactions on behalf of the group.
Will be responsible for project handling.
The logistical manager of the group organizesall logistics with regard to venues for group meetings, events and other group functions in liaison with other executive committee members..
Responsible for managing the welfare group's financial accounts, collecting dues, maintaining transparent records, and overseeing budget statements in compliance with the executive committee.
Responsible for recording minutes of all official executive and general meetings, managing group correspondence, and maintaining the updated register of active group members.
